Sequencial frequency tunable liquid antenna
We sandwiched our liquid actuator with antenna/ground electrodes to fabricate frequency tunable antenna. The thickness of dielectric material between the antenna can be deformed by the actuator. Because the thickness of the dielectric material can be deformed sequentially, the antenna’s frequency can be tuned sequentially. By using this characteristic, we are researching on a phased array antenna which can scan without black spot.
